The cottage is entirely dedicated to you, it is independent with a large garden and a beautiful courtyard giving access to :
- The garage, also accessible from the street
- An outbuilding/laundry room that can be used to store your bikes…
- An orchard garden with lawn which is not overlooked
- The adjoining 35 m² studio apartment with fully-equipped kitchen and separate bathroom, which can accommodate 2 people and be rented as a complement to or independently of the main house. Please note that the studio also has a separate entrance via a cul-de-sac leading to the bakery …
- The gîte via the upper staircase
On entering, the cottage has a large, bright 35 m² living room opening onto a 13 m² kitchen, fully equipped with quality appliances, so that lovers of good food and conviviality can enjoy meals with friends or family! A separate toilet adjoins this living area. The dining area has a table with 10 place settings and 10 chairs, while the lounge area has 2 3-seater sofas and 3 armchairs.
Access the upper levels via the period wooden staircase.
Halfway up the staircase, you enter the vast 20 m² master suite with its 6 m² bathroom with walk-in shower and adjoining toilet, and its dressing room. It has a Queen Size bed (160×190cm).
1st floor:
A bright workspace with wifi, office and boudoir, facing west, with views over the slopes of Morey Saint Denis and its prestigious Climats.

Two beautiful 11m² double bedrooms, one of which is an attic room, each with a standard bed (140×190cm).
2nd floor:
The vast attic dormitory with 3 single beds (90×190cm), 2 of which can be joined to create a King Size bed (180×190cm)!

Independent studio
The studio is entirely dedicated to you, it is independent, in a quiet cul-de-sac.
It can also be rented at the same time as the Les Grands Crus cottage, with which it communicates, to accommodate a total of 11 people.
The warm, tastefully decorated studio has a large, light-filled 33 m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen fitted with top-quality equipment, so that food lovers will be able to whip up some tasty dishes.
There is a top-quality sofa bed in the lounge area, completed by 2 armchairs and a coffee table.
The dining area includes an old oval table and 4 chairs.
Access the vast 5 m² shower room with walk-in shower, via the linen room (washing machine) and dressing room.
